Decent breakfast here . Food good, coffee so-so. Will be back however
First time visiting the Carrie and must say it was absolutely brilliant. The food was first class, full of flavour. Between the three of us we ordered the linguine, tikka masala and the Chinese chicken all looked and tasted amazing. Will definitely be back the place had a great atmosphere, very relaxed and enjoyable.
Lovely food, good price! Quiet in the afternoon time. Lovely for a nice meal
My wife and I took the kids out of a meal at lunchtime shortly after they opened. We didn't book in advance, but that wasn't a problem. It was a very cold day, and the open fire in the restaurant was lovely and warm. We all had a lovely meal, I had the philly stake sandwich, which was amazing, and I would highly recommend it. I can't wait for our next visit.
Great food and service, very happy will definitely return!
If your looking for a small affordable venue for a wedding then look no further. My wife and I had our ceremony and meal here on Saturday. Rosana and her staff couldn't of been anymore accommodating, even driving to rescue or registrar who couldn't get through due to flooded roads. Couldn't fault the day from start to finish. Will definitely be back for a meal or family celebration in the future. Many thanks. Laura and Jonny
Cannot fault the home cooked food with locally sourced ingredients. The staff are so friendly and helpful you cannot help but smile. Would really recommend The Carrie Restaurant if you want to be treated to good food in a beautiful setting. Couldn't resist adding photos of two of the desserts on offer.
Lunch @ The Carrie in Kells. Beautiful gluten free food. Looks amazing and tastes amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. No rushing the order when sorting out what was gluten free to eat. To start, goats cheese with beetroot, then honey chilli chicken with rice, and to finish hot chocolate cake.
